What Alyrt is
Alyrt is a personal and household maintenance tracker. It helps you create alerts for recurring tasks (car service, appliance maintenance, insurance renewals, etc.), log service history, store related documents, and receive reminders before tasks are due. Alyrt is intended for personal, non-commercial use within a household.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Alyrt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Alyrt only for its intended purpose: managing household maintenance alerts for yourself and members of your household. You must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's data.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or bulk-export data.
No guarantee of notification delivery
Alyrt sends email and push reminders on a best-effort basis. Notification delivery depends on third-party services (email providers, browser push infrastructure) and factors outside our control, including device settings, browser permissions, and network connectivity. Alyrt is not liable for any missed task, appointment, renewal, or obligation resulting from a missed or delayed notification. You remain responsible for tracking your own deadlines.
Your data
You own your data. Alyrt does not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create, upload, or store. By using the service, you grant Alyrt a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you. You can delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us.
Service availability
We aim to keep Alyrt available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alyrt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed service appointments, lapsed insurance, or financial loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Alyrt shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
